As an intense afternoon storm created unusual flooding in the street (rue d’A____ for you sleuths who still need a hint) yesterday August 27th, the gentleman who invited Mégot Lotto®️ to this very expensive meal correctly pointed out that the torrents of water rushing towards the city’s storm drains were carrying with them literally millions of cigarette butts. Straight into the oceans that his family’s charity has been working to protect for decades.
When Mégot Lotto®️ is up and running in a few weeks time, next time there is a torrential afternoon downpour in Paris, millions of cigarette butts that would have otherwise been swept away by rainwater from their place in the gutter and into our oceans, will instead be safely on their way to recycling.
(Every single one of the butts you see here, just replaced those that were swept into the ocean yesterday after a thunderstorm. Mégot Lotto®️ promises to put a stop to this nightmare).

Très belle et extrêmement émouvant finissage hier d’une expo à l’Orangerie du Sénat organisée par ces héros des Invalides au bénéfice de la APF. Beaucoup de personnes en situation d’handicap en fauteuil roulant. Kawai le fabricant de pianos a payé le champagne et le buffet ainsi que la venue de cette pianiste japonaise de 33 ans. Dieu merci qu’il y a des associations comme ça pour aider ces personnes en difficulté. Aucun homme n’est à l’abri d’un accident cérébral ou autre qui pourrait vous mettre vous aussi en fauteuil roulant dans un rien de temps. Ehrlich. Merci Kawai. Merci APF.
