yes good stuff. i am familiar with this technology and others in the field. there have been many advances and much done around recology.

yes i am also very familiar with many types  of sensing technologies from spectroscopy to many many others for night, plant, identification, threat detection, automation and aerospace. my cal tech buddy (and awesome keyboardist sounds like the guy from *) go to photonics west and the sensor trade shows to keep current. we are partners with st micro and in the development program. we have worked on all sorts of sensing from asset tracking, environmental and seismic to even cricket bat contact and swings.
